Our Mission

our mission

The Battle Against Autism (BAA) campaign was created by Chip and Sandi Robinson in 2010 to assist Baton Rouge Speech and Hearing Foundation with its capital campaign to build The Emerge Center located in Baton Rouge.

Our mission is to promote autism awareness and the importance of early intervention for the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). To fulfill our mission, the Robinson Brothers Ford Lincoln Family sponsors several different events including the annual BAA golf tournament held at the Country Club of Louisiana.

We have partnered with The Emerge Center to support its autism program and the therapeutic treatment of ASD for young children. The BAA donates 100% of funds raised directly to The Emerge Center.

As a result of our efforts, The Emerge Center’s autism program has grown and offers assistance to families who have high deductible insurance requirements.  This lessens the financial burden on families and provides implementation of a treatment plan for children without delays.

We believe in The Emerge Center’s program and its life-changing services. We welcome all donations which are tax-deductible.
